Had an urchin knock my pectinia frag over on top of my lobophyllia.

while the pectinia took a hit one of its branches (no big deal), the lobo got nuked. Ever since it has slowly declined.

Any ideas on how to stop the tissue death/loss on this lobo?

You could try a dip in a disinfectant style dip like seachem's. I had a Lobo die from dinos except for a tiny piece of tissue that survived and ended up rearranging into 5 new heads (it was really cool to see). If it can't capture food then something dissolved like aminos or a mix such as fuel or reef energy might be handy
