So my Longnose is on week 2 of not eating and I imagine he will die very soon as he is very thin and weak. I've had him for years and he has always been a happy and active fish. When I added a group of Chromis to my tank he refused to eat and stopped perching on rocks. He now just stays in corners of the tank on the sandbed. I figured he was maybe thrown off by the new fish and would get over it but it looks like he may not recover.

I've never had something like this happen. Anyone ever experience this?

Sorry to hear this. Have you tried live foods?
Target feeding him may get him restarted. Chromis seem an odd fish to cause him problems.

I culture live brine. Ship in Phyto with selcon for nutritional value.

Chromis could have introduced internal parasites, hawk could have grazed on infected poo. Did you qt chromis, have been known to be a vehicle of other diseases. Any other outward signs, stringy poo, lethargy.
