There's really nothing particularly complex about that stand build, if you have some basic woodworking tools that could be an easy DIY
Check this out for inspiration. It starts with a simple 2x4 frame, add to that a thin plywood "skin", some doors (which can be velcro or magnets, not necessarily hinges), some trim moulding, and you've got the stand pictured.
