Yes, once I get the tank on the stand I can wheel it to the final resting spot. Turn the knob mechanism and the wheel raises up, dropping down the rubber feet. If I'm not mistaken .. Each wheel / rubber foot is rated for 600 lbs or more

This is were I got my custom aluminum stand from. I got panels. You can get the kit or custom. You can add panels, wheels, etc

It does not come with panels. I wanted the industrial look for now, in the future I might get them.
