Just added to a new tank and doesn’t seem to be doing well. Shrinking. Can someone give some feedback ?

Can you post your tank parameters as well as some additional information?
I.E. light and light schedule?
Looks like a 35 gallon tank, based on a previous post?
Can you confirm the coral type?

Looks like a Favia, could be a War Coral.
It's my experience that it is easy to over illuminate Favia, and they appreciate tanks not focused on lower nutrients.
