Looking for help with Apex Eb832 issue

So I have my Mp10 plugged into my apex to monitor outlet and it is being run by my WXM. This setup has been working for 2 days and now all of a sudden my apex shows missing on the Mp10. I noticed for some reason as soon as I put the outlet 7 into auto it turns off. Only way. I can get mp10 to work is to leave outlet 7 in the on position. Any ideas I tried updating eb832 and wxm with no luck. Also I have fallback set to on

Go into the programming for the EB832 output and set it to "Always ON". Better yet, move the power cord to a regular power strip or wall outlet. There's no reason to ever turn off the MP10's power adapter because the WXM module is in control of turning it on and off.

Yeah gonna def put it on it’s own outlet since I can still control feed modes. But still curious as to why all of a sudden in auto outlet 7 shuts off

I now have it on its own outlet and no issues there but I switched outlet 7 to auto to see if that changed and as soon as I do it turns off that outlet for some reason. I did nothing to cause this to happen I even erased any code I had on that outlet to make sure and still no power unless I leave it in On position. Is this something Neptune can look at remotely. Not sure what happened

So I did notice on the advanced side the only code was fallback on. I entered a code for set on and was able to control a light with times while in auto. So I assume without the set command set to on auto doesn’t work? Just weird because it worked fine for 2 days without that code
