I drilled holes through them and mounted them to 1/4" acrylic rods. I didn't have any break. They're sturdy enough for what we use them for. Just don't throw them on the ground and you should be good.I saw these I was worried about breakage and quality how do you like them ?

Any in particular, don't some have deep natural holes ?Travertine tiles are inexpensive and do just fine in reefs. My 4’ x 8’ trough is completely lined with travertine tile with no ill effects.
