I've narrowed it down to Buckley's and Eddie's. Depending on time, see if I get to both or not.

Where’s Buckley’s? I’ve been to Eddie’s and they had a pretty nice selection. Didn’t buy any livestock but resupplied a number of items. Staff was helpful.

Buckley's fish room is my favorite, just a little far so I don't go often. They were owned by Benson's Pet Center at the beginning of the year, which is just a small chain of pet stores. One of the people who worked there bought out the fish store, so it's under new ownership and they could use any of the business they can get right now. I love supporting them and they have the best fish, prices and employees in the area. Oh, and the coral is great too!

The PetCo in Latham is actually pretty decent too, but the sales have gone down dramatically so I assume the quality will go down too.

Eddie's is alright, fish are healthy but expensive. Coral is horrible. I had a bad experience with them so I go very little.

So between Google and here we decided to visit Buckleys.

Buckleys all the way!!

Worth the almost 2 hr drive. Owner helped us today, place was packed, prices fair, lot to pick from, decent observation steps on the fish.

They are skidish... but wrasse, firefish, and royal gramma. JF Mini BTA and I jokingly said throw in a piece of this huge dinner plate size sparkling monti, and he did.
