Hi, my tank has been running for about 3 months. Here are my parameters:

Salinty 1.024
Temperature 77
Nitrate 14.4
Phosphate 0.058
Calcium 524
Alkalinity 9.1

I recently went through a stage where my tank was looking good and then within a 2 week period all of my torches and hammers died. Towards the end of that fish started dying. Most of the fish looked fine until they turned up dead in the morning. The clownfish was the last to go, but it looked like it had Brooklynella. It's been about a week since anything has died. My zoas,Florida Ricordea and Favia survived along with my Fire Goby, snails and hermit crab.

What should I be looking for before I start restocking?

I was hoping for something a bit more tangible. Maybe something I can test in the water or a best practice for some maintenance after something like this.

Different diseases require different fallow periods. Since you don’t know what’s going on, you need to go by the longest one.

I would think 3 months would be okay. Others will chime in.
