Uhhh, no, just an observation as I was shopping. Just thought I’d share. I’m heavily invested in HYDROS with one of the main reasons being their value proposition compared to Neptune. Plus, I love supporting the underdog. Hope these new prices don’t sway potential new customers away though. You say that like Coralvue and Hydros are the only companies raising prices.
Yea, Innovative Marine did the same with an email announcement last month or so. Oddly enough, after they raised prices, 2-3 weeks later, the prices reverted back. The 150 INT Lagoon went from $3900 to $4700 but now back to $3900. Lotta uncertainty out there.Waterbox increased all their prices 10% on June 2, they even sent an email a few days before the increase to let people know that it was coming incase they were contemplating ordering something. But all brands will be increasing prices over the next few weeks.
You can get the wave engine v2 refurbished on eBay for $236 and the wave engine le refurbished for $153Anyone else notice HYDROS prices are up 10%?
Good thing I got most of my stuff already, but I still need the WaveEngine and a bunch of cables! :(

It’s definitely swayed me from not buying anything from them again.Uhhh, no, just an observation as I was shopping. Just thought I’d share. Granted, it's a pretty expensive hobby. As in, 'I can sell you anything you want for your tank, if it takes the LAST DIME you've got!' Lol!!
But it's so fun!!So your thinking a company should just lose money instead of raising prices to keep the same level of income? It’s definitely swayed me from not buying anything from them again.
The 10% you are seeing is across many manufacturers and equipment. Its no different that rent increases, increase in cost of homes, cars and consumer goods in whole. A two hundred dollar item going up $20 and often with free shipping is not bad in my eyesAnyone else notice HYDROS prices are up 10%?

Their stuff is way overpriced for what it is now. They raised their prices again. An XP8 is now 20% more than what it wa 6 months ago, along with everything else in their lineup. Why would anybody pay $330 for a single peristaltic pump when Neptune gives you TWO of them for only $20 more. If you wanted a hydros AWC system you’d have to pay 88% premium compared to what Neptune already has had for several years. Absolutely crazy. So your thinking a company should just loose money instead of raising prices to keep the same level of income? It’s definitely swayed me from not buying anything from them again.
