Looks like little sticks on live rock...what the heck? Hoping someone knows what these are....

Agree, vermetid snails. They send out sweeper tentacles that sting close by corals. Super glue them. You can try breaking off, but they typically come right back.

Has anything ever come out of the tubes? A Vermetid snail will send out a slimy net at feeding time, while a Spionid worm will just look like two fine hairs protruding from the tube. Also, a Vermetid snail will usually have a coil at the base of the tube while a Spionid worm will not.
