I dosed 3ppm ammonia last night and today they are both at 0.
This means that my tank is fully cycled right?

So here are my water parameters.
ammonia - 0
nitrite - 0
nitrate - 20
ph - 7.9
alk - 200
phosphate - 0.05
sg - 1.025
so do i do water change now? how much?
and I'm definitely getting diatoms all over my rocks. This is supposed to happen right?
