Loose skin, bubble on porites

There are similar threads but nothing quite matching. None of the pics look similar and my water parameters are a little more stable than listed in those threads.
I have a ‘darth maul’ porites that looks healthy with a bubble. A ‘bounce’ porites is what our looks like. Pic below. I say it looks healthy bc of growth and extreme polyp extension.
I’ve been told my lights are a bit much (1,000 par on the surface of a 14” deep sps tank). I’ve got tons of flow. Parameters- 0.2 ppm, 5-7 ppm, 425-475, 1300, 11.0. Temp- 78* Nothing else, including my acros, look distressed

Thank you! and... I'm not sure.In my opinion it looks worse. I thought it looked happy, healthy, livin' the life. But then I got scared scared and moved it. I feel that too much light and current would kill it faster than "putting it aside" till I got to the bottom of this.
Please give these a health ranking, if you don't mind.
Full set up, then porite as new arrival, high flow, now.
