So a month or so ago, we got this little pea crab when we foraged some fishing bait. This one never got hooked or tossed in and was more than likely going to be frozen for a later trip. My brother decides to toss it in his fowlr tank. It has long since been unseen. Maybe the emerald crab or the pinstripe hermit killed him, maybe it just starved or died from a no acclimation drop in. Then today after coming back from an overnight stay, I fed the fish and I notice movement. Looks to be pulling food off of hair worms and eating their catch. I can't believe this fat little ball shaped, soft shelled girl/guy with it's dinky legs can move around, let alone survive.
Sorry about the shake, it is in the far back corner and hard to hold the phone steady. Also the Dolphins game noise in the backround.
