I have been working 60 hour weeks so far this year, and was trying to battle a turf algae outbreak for a few months.
I’ve always struggled getting NO3 above 1-2ppm, and 5-6 months ago began fighting high po4. Assumed that was fueling my turf algae.
Today I am finally going to get cracking on finding best course of action and get things moving.
I pulled a very small sample off one of my rocks, and I’m thinking I’ve got both Dino’s and Cyano. There’s also a few wormy lookin boys I don’t know what are in there hoping these aren’t baddies.
Here’s a few videos from the microscope
there’s a lot going on in these two different drops of water, I see often requested tank photos under whites only on ID requests so I’ll follow up below with one of those as well.
I’ll be browsing through all the goodies here on R2R, This thread good starting place I’m sure, as it’s pinned to top of this forum.
