Lottle caterpillat looking creatures

I just saw a bunch of these guys in my tanks I use to raise copepods. They look like half inch (and smaller) caterpillars. They have heads and mouths so not worms of any kind, right? The video isn't great, sorry!

Maybe Bristle worms but the head looks quite extended. Could be a small bobbit worm maybe.
