CA needs increased to ~425. Do I simply add part two of the B Ionic dose daily until I can hit that? I have been reading on this and have found that this might not be a good idea. Really just not getting a straight answer. Does anyone have a confident take on this?

When my calcium was low I manually dosed the calcium ESV with the amount calculated on the BRS website. You can enter your start point and end point and it will tell you how much to dose. Maybe be break it up over a couple days to slowly build up your levels.

BRS calculator doesn’t show ESV only their own products. MarineDepot has calculators where you can do calcs based on different products.
