I am unsure but it does look like a torch to me. If it is a torch, then I would say it is a highliter torch. Can y ok get a close up picture on one of its tentacles by itself or slightly isolated?

well looking deeper i think its possible it could be galaxea of some variant. maybe galaxea fascicularis.


Theres all sorts of galaxea and some are long tentacle that can look very similar to a torch. the coral in the picture is fairly tall though.
