What's the max time you would leave your corals out of water while fragging etc. Should I be concerned about temperature changes like 80degree tank temp and 72 room temp?

I’ve wondered this too but I’ve seen some corals left out wayyy longer than I’d ever think and they are doing fine in those tanks. I feel like its just going to depend and no idea what that actually is!

What about putting some tank water into a sprayer?, give em a squirt every 5-10 minutes seems reasonable.

It would depend on the coral, but I would think most would be 1 hour plus. I've taken cyhphastreas home a couple of times on airplanes wrapped in damp paper towels and they were okay for about 4hours out of water. Really fleshy corals I'd be more concerned about.

Four hours is crazy! Thanks,
