LTA acting weird

I just recently got this guy. He has been doing very well. Great color. Found his spot pretty fast. Been staying very open and mouth has been tightly closed.
I came down a hour ago and he was fine. I came back and he’s like this. What does this mean?

He could either be moving or could be getting ready to expel waste. Sometimes my anemone would turn "inside out" and then be perfectly fine 20 minutes later. This is nothing out of the ordinary for an anemone

Okay thank you so much. Yeah he didn’t seem to be dying but I just didn’t have the knowledge to know what it’s doing. Thank you for information me!!
