Lugol's to heal Lobo andAcan

I've read that doing a Lugol's dip can help heal the corals i have below.

How often do i dip?
how long do i dip for each session?
at what dosage / strength is the dip if i bought the 1oz kent marine brand?

Would also love to know. Something that would stop tissue from decaying after a coral sting would be great.
