Just wanted to say thanks to Luke. I got a SWC skimmer used a few months back, and had a couple of issues/questions. He not only replied to my threads quickly, but also to my PM's, and offered his phone number if needed. All this without purchasing anything from him. But I ended up ordering a replacement pump the other day. It was confirmed shipped in less than a day, and was here in 2. It's up and running, and I couldnt be happier with his customer service.
