16 inches to the bulb. so no heat transfer and still amazing par

are there any slick lighting units with a similar quality of refletor in them? how do giesemann and sfiligoi compare?

I have my reef in the study, so it has to look "finished." Hence, a nice stand and canopy. I have removed the lid to the canopy to aid cooling.

The reason I post these fact is because the lumenarc sytle reflectors are huge! Even if I wanted to use them, I don't think I could due to the size.
