Has anyone used this effect? Mine does bunk! I don't get it, our moon is in the sky once and a while isn't it?

I use it all the time from 9 pm till 9 am at 1% blue

I'm really not retarded? Got it set, I put blue up a few % within the time I set for the lunar cycle & now I think I'm with moon baby!
