Lyertail Anthias Uronema?

This anthias is on day 3 of quarantine, one of the more dominate females was picking on her some the last couple days but today she looks like this. Is this possible uronema? Or she just look beat up? She was eating yesterday but today is not interested in food

I did start Prazipro today. Also have on hand if needed copper power, MetroPlex, Focus to bind food and methylene blue.

unfortunately this is alignment with uronema and may be stoppable but no guarantee.
It appears fish is in quarantine already and with that, if not yet medicated, you can use Ruby rally Pro. Chloroquine Phosphate will also work but must be used precisely. Uronema is not an obligate parasite, and can thrive on bacteria, uneaten food, and waste so besides treatment also maintain a clean tank removing waste daily and assure salinity is not low.
Best treatment choice is a 45 min formalin bath if there is no copper yet in your qt tank and will be most effective. Being a new fish,

Thank you for the fast reply! I just made a 100% water change today after noticing her, and been performing 25% daily water changes to remove food.

I will see if i can find one of those treatments locally seeing i don't have anything on hand. What about the other anthias in quarantine? Should I be worried about transmission?

Generally its confined to fish but addition of ruby rally pro will keep other in check. Assure salinity does not fall to low levels and remove waste before it settles in tank

What do you recommend salinity wise? I matched salinity to 1.020 to aline with wholesaler, but can start slowly raising it today

That could be Uronema, but it isn't a classic case, as the lesions are less red than usual. Just checking - is this fish now physically isolated from the ones that had been harassing it? If not, you need to do that.

I believe it is indeed Uronema. Since this picture it has developed a red spot on the tail and the side has gotten more red as well.

I have physically isolated the fish and currently performing a 90 min rally pro dip based off humblefish thread i found. Since i only currently have rally pro for treatment

Inter-cellular Uronema simply does not respond to ANY bath treatments (it is an internal infection, where the bath treatment cannot reach), but formalin works best for external Uronema, with a second choice of Chloroquine.
