Madison's Dance Recital

My daughter, Madison, who is 5, is in her second year of Tap/Ballet classes. Each year, they hold 2 recitals. The first one, is in a large mall, and is pretty informal. The second, in June, is in a large auditorium and very professionally done. So, the first of the year, was yesterday. Here's some pics! Unfortunately, the lighting SUCKED, so using a combination of wide open aperture and slower shutter speed resulted in some issues to a few of the pics.

Thanks for sharing pics of very cute and obviously talented young ladies. Isn't it fun having children and grandchildren close to the same age? Our children range from 41 to 24 and grandchildren from 23 to almost 2. That doesn't count the two great grandchildren!

Yes, it is fun, actually. Patience (Granddaughter) was born on Madison's (Daughter) 4th birthday, so not only are they close in age, they share a birthday. My older 3 children are all adults. Amber is 22, and Patience's mother, Travis is 21 and Kaytlin is 19. Amber and Kaytlin live in each half of a duplex, about 1/2 mile from us. Makes it very nice, though sometimes it's a little too convenient, for Amber, having Grandpa live so close, for babysitting needs...lol.
