I'm running my light (GHL Mitras LX7) to keep the same PAR throughout the day. I run the light at 60% for two hours with all channels at 100% (except UV). Then I run the light at 87% for five hours with the green, red and a white channel dialed down. Thus the other channels are operating at a higher power than they were at the 60% setting and the PUR is higher.
Just wanted to get others thoughts on this and if anyone else runs their light like this.
Note the light is in efficiency mode, so the power is really 80% of the 60% and 87%.
