Yes there are 2 on the rock-only ones i see

Rock is a 15yr old rock so not sure where it came from-came from something

I had majano infestation, which spreader fast, but it is impossible for me to say from your photo if those are majanos. They are native to Indo-Pacific, so unless you have life rock from there or some new frags it is not very likely, but I would prophylactically remove them

Looks like one. Try injecting vinegar into it. I've found that extremely efficient at getting rid of aptasia.
