Making Own base rocks with E-Marco 400?

I have a full bucket of E-Marco 400, and we are about to upgrade our tank. I was thinking of 3d printing a "mold" and making some flat rock to place my Liferock on. I have used this stuff to secure an aquascape, and it seems to hold and last.

Anyone one it? Foresee any issues with it?

I'm not familiar with the E-Marco 400 product, I assume it's some kind of epoxy?

Have you seen the Marco Rocks foundation rocks? These are machined flat on one side, and intended to be the base of your rock stack:

I recently ordered a few pieces of the foundation rocks, and I ended up not using them. I glued up an aquascape using "regular" base rocks, and I had no trouble with the structure being unstable. In fact, I now believe I get better water flow under the rocks than I would have gotten with the flat bottom foundation rocks.

I wish I would have known about these flat ones initially! Thinking of re doing my rock work but I reckon I will make due with what I have. Will keep this in mind for next time!

They are indeed very flat on the one side, but I ended up not using them, and I think I'm better off without them. I had no trouble with my rock scape being unstable, and I believe I get better water flow under the rock stack without the big, flat bases.
