malu carpet

i have a nice malu carpet, about 3-4" but seems to be burried in the rock and sand bed. he doesnt really expand much and wont eat. do you think lighting is too much? 3 250 mh 14k, 2 96w50/50s, 2 96w dual actinics...

How long have you had it?Give him time.I dont think your lighting is to much depending on the tank size.

ok thanks, was just a little worried... lol. you think my other 2 rbtas could be affecting it? 1 is about 3-4" and other is about 5-6"?

They could.Chemical war far.I would remove the RBTA's or the Malu.Or you could add carbon.With a 150 you should have plenty of room to move the anemone to a spot where it wount be bothered.But either way you should still be running carbon.

yes running carbon. ok thanks for your input! im gonna pull 1 of the rbtas and see if it helps. will let you know how it goes, thanks once again.
