Mandarin Agression?

I just introduced my new female captive bred mandarin to my tank. The male is very, very interested in her. I can't tell if this is aggression or courthship or just curiosity. The little female is definitely a bit intimidated.

Definitely a size difference. It doesn't seem like aggression, just curiosity.
