Mantis Shrimp and BTA - Possible?

Bta are less deadly than say a carpet or LTA, But might be safer with some flowy lps like a nice colored aussie hammer or torch.
I am not an anemone person so slightly biased opinion here lol.

Thats kinda what I figured - do you think it would just kill it or would it eat it too? I bet nems are SPICY.

I don’t think it would eat it but smashers tend to smash things that get in their way.

Old post but I keep a Mantis and a Tube anemone in a small tank and the worst that's ever happened was the mantis hit the anemones tube and then moved away but both are fine and live happily together

I have a bta in my mantis tank and they don’t care about each other at all the most interaction I get from them is if the mantis brushes by the bta and it retracts a little bit and things go back to normal.
