Better pic today he's maybe a inch long if that he's tiny. He's next to normal size glass cleaner
Yep - looks like a juvenile purple spot

Looks like you are gonna have a species tank! Mantis shrimp are AWESOME little buggers. Just don't get too attached to any other animals in there, haha. They are intelligent creatures - give them lots of pebbles to move and hiding spaces and watch as they go to work!
