I installed a MAR 3181 chaeto reactor about 2 weeks ago and the pump appears to have failed. I've powered the pump off and on several times. I know the pump is getting power because the controller LED is on, but I do see it blink off every 17-18 seconds. I did the "tunze bounce" to remove any air in the pump. I ensured there were no incoming or outgoing flow obstructions or crimps in the hoses. I also soaked the pump in a citric acid mixture for an hour and tried again. Suggestions?

I just replied to your email, just a note, today is a short day, we are in the path of the totality of the eclipse and about a half hour from the Austin airport, I am getting off the roads before the lunacy starts. Every tech bro and science geek in the world is in this area it seems and we are told to just stay home and it seems like a good idea.
