The coupon code only works for Non-MAP (minimum advertised price) manufacturers. So if any of your products were from a MAP participating manufacturer or vendor, that may be why the code didn't work.

If that isn't the case, please give our Customer Service Team a quick call and they can get you taken care of right away! :)

Yeah that was happening to me too. I said forget about it, I could use the points. I was on Facebook Group buy so got 10X points. So it almost came out to the same thing anyway.

Worked for me.. spent $600... saved 10% and got points..

Remember, the coupon says you have to spend over $100 to get the 10%.. are you over $100 and no-MAP?
