So, I successfully ran an emperor 400 years ago on a FOWLR tank, Also some mushrooms that were consumed by inhabitants. :rolleyes: My discussion today touches on the Emperor 450. I started a new tank in December with this filter on it. It has an expandable water polishing filter slot. When you install it, It is recommended to be removed within 24 hours for cleaning. So this seems to be something you can do when the need arises. Does anyone else run this filter and how often do you install your polishing filter and how long do you run it?
