Hello,

I have been usign the Marine Master Multimeter Photometer from Hannah very successfully for over a year with highly accurate readings that also match my trident. Then two months ago all of sudden the reading for MG went way off (too low) and Calcium even worse (too high). I tried different reagent packages with the same bad results. Alkalinity still seems to match my by hand calibration using PH/acid.

Has anyone experienced this and maybe even know what the cause might be? It was so reliable and now I am feeling like I can't trust it even for NO3, NO2 and Phosphates.

Testing calcium with the marine master is extremely difficult, you need Type 2 grade deionized water, and the tank water sample size is .1ml.

I'm surprised you ever had predictable results for this test. I certainly do not.
