Marine Mud Run 2009

Ok. So I've wanted to run this race for several years in a row and I always miss the deadline.

I actually got to register before the race closed this time! yaaay!

Anyone want to do the Marine Mud Run? It's in September and it's awesome!

You'd better register soon if you want to do it. There's no 'day of' registration and it always closes early as heck! They limit it to 1400 people.

Oh yeah...and I'm gonna do the CrossKnox 15K as well.

Marine Mud Run is on September 19th. CrossKnox is on Oct11.

Being in SW Mich I saw "Mud Run" as the title and was gonna ask to see some pics but then saw the 15k mentioned and realized its an actual run and not big trucks on soft ground, good luck.

We have a few friends that did this the past couple of years... I'll think about it so long as there aren't any other races that weekend...

Is there a reason it is called the Marine Mud Run?
How long is this run?
