marine t5 bulb combination help

hey guys new to marine tank and was just wondering what t5 combination of bulbs will be the best ive been told to go for ati bulbs are they the best? if so what combination im looking to do a reef tank

my light fitting has space for 4 100cm (39w) bulbs

Lots of ATI Blue and actinics being used today. Maybe throwing in one 12-14k Lamp for good measure.

I have a 4 bulb t5 light im using on a new tank and I am going with 3 460nm bulbs. Thats blue blue bulbs. And one 12k white bulb. Gives the tank a nice look..
All blues is nice but I feel I needed a little white in there
