Hi i want to buy the maspect razors because i'm told they're sufficient for a tank 21" high, thats what i have. Its said they have a good PAR and easy to use no extra complicated computer BS. Just the necessary stuff. I'll be having mostly LPS and softies, i'm stearing away from SPS, i'll have just a few but just.... I've bought a wavebox to see the swaying of the corals thats what i like .Thanks for your input.

I have 3 160 watt fixtures over my 125 DT (6ft long, 24" deep) Thay have great PAR (250+) even at the sand bed and I am growing SPS on the sand bed with these lights. Easy to program the 2 channels without a controller. Great Full spectrum and 90 degree optics for good spread.
how long and how wide is your tank? if longer than 24" I would go with the 160 watt for coverage edge to edge with a 27" 160 watt fixture. I would hang it no more than 8-10" from the surface. If all you are keeping is softies and LPS, IMHO, this light will work good for you.

I have one on my cube and love it. The dawn/dusk is awesome, easy to program and no heat with great shimmer. I highly recommend it.
