Does anyone else have a colony of master yoda? I can't get the tips to color up. Is this normal for it to look this way? It's in 350 par, reefbreeders photon and t5 combo lighting.

I think you're trying to emulate photos that are doctored for the internet.

My master Yoda never had "pink tips" unless I used an orange filter and played with the color settings in post.

Here's mine on the left. Your's looks a lot like mine in real life.
