Hi guys,

Yesterday I hooked up my new Maxi doser (after running it in the garage for a week). While in the garage I ran approx 30+ litres though each head in 1L doses.

Now it's in the house I have heard on a few occasions the second head "click". Most times it corrects itself after a few clicks however last night it was stuck.

Any advice of what to do to try and "fix" the head before i contact GHL for a support request? Here is AU we don't have an offical distributor so everything we do is international shipping and I'm keen to avoid it if I can.

Thanks

Besides what I posted in the other Maxi doser post. I would add that the Neptune DOS head is nearly identical to the Maxi. The only difference is the wheel roller configuration. The maxi is a 3 roller wheel and the Dos is a 2 Roller wheel. Oh and one is blue, the other is orange. So you can use those DOS parts to fix your GHL if needed.

Could be slightly misaligned. Make sure the head/rollers are inserted properly. And make sure it's lubed (Vaseline works).

Thanks all. Support ticket logged with GHL.
