Maxspect gyre controller -cannot find internet

I have the units listed above but cannot get the controller to connect to the Wi-Fi — shows a red line through internet signal. Any ideas?

I have a reef link right beside it which connects. Also, mobius connects to radions, vectra and Mp40 s. Camera also connects.

I think those have issues connecting to 5G. Did you try 2G

Don’t thing mine is split. All my other 2.4 g equipment (as listed in description) connects fine. Guess I will need to call ATT and get them separated.
