I have ME Coral Ca Powder and 16oz of powder makes 1 gal of Ca.

If I want to make 1000ml of solution
3,785ml per 1 gal of RODI

3,785ml/1000ml = 3.785

16oz of Ca Powder / 3.785 = 4.23oz of powder per 1,000ml of RODI

Is my math correct?

Is there any reason why you want to just make 1000ml? I think I would make the gallon and then just take 1000 ml from that gallon. And seal the rest for later use.

I dont want a gal of Ca sitting around since I use a CaRx and need it for minor adjustments.

Yes, its Calcium Chloride Dihydrate, I wanted to confirm that I needed mix 4.23oz of Calcium Chloride Dihydrate w 1l of RODI.

The math is correct, but I do not know what use it is, unless you are just trying to make a smaller batch of ME recipe and are using their dosing instructions.

It makes no difference what amount of RO/DI you dissolve it into. The calculator I posted will show what you need as a solid for any given rise.

Yes, I want a smaller batches since I use a CaRx on my 110gal DT and need it for minor adjustments. My coral QT is only 15 gals so im dosing maybe 1-2ml at this time.
