Hey all, I have a purple and green hammer coral that has been living on my sand bed for the past week and I am wondering what is the best or safest method for removing it from the frag plug. Or should I just chip the overhanging parts of the plug off with a set of bone cutters? Thanks! Also here's a pic of the hammer in question

yeah superglue is pretty easy to just pry off. Like above said. Knife, Screwdriver, etc.. just be patient with it.
