Hi There,

My Melanarus was added first. What other wrasses would he be compatible with in my 125G 6' tank. He is a terminal phrase male about 3" in length.

I have been looking at flasher and fairy wrasses. One wrasse I liked was a Ruby Longfin Fairy Wrasse and for flashers it was a blackfin McCosker's flasher wrasse. I have a 6x8 Accumulation box available to use.

Both of those should be fine but using the acclimation box as you are planning is wise. H. melanurus is pretty chill most of the time but individuals can be a little on the mean side. The acclimation box can save you a lot of grief and effort trying to catch a fish on an emergent basis vs doing it at your leisure if needed.

Agreed. I actually use acclimation for any fish additions anymore. It makes things less stressful for all involved. Acclimation boxes don't need to be fancy either. I used these:
