I'm on Day 4 of dosing GC & Metro. (Day 1: GC, Day 3: Metro, Day 5: Metro)

Noticed today that water has turned cloudy and ammonia badge showing slightly green at Alert and one of the wrasses breathing rapidly.

Did a 50% emergency WC. I'm not scheduled to re-add Metro until tomorrow (Day 5). Should I dose 50% strength of Metro today to compensate for the water change?

I would just wait until tomorrow and stay on normal schedule. 50% today + 100% tomorrow could cause an overdose. Metronidazole degrades in water over time. So you shouldn't have much to worry about with the emergency water change as it was probably mostly gone anyway.

Make sure you have tons of oxygen exchange if you are battling a bacterial bloom along with ammonia.

You want the ammonia to be zero. Regardless.
