MHelp!!

I have a mh/t5 combo. The 250w Phoenix bulb has been struggling to turn on over the last two days. It will turn on for a couple minutes go back to yellow then off.
I think it may be a ballast issue. The ballast is obviously wired into my fixture. What could it be? What are my options?

Get a new fixture or get a different ballest. Find someone with an external ballest and desire the fixture. How old is the bulb man? The bulb could be burned out.

I had a similar problem with a 150 w. I replaced the ballast and everything is fine.

Also try a new or older bulb to make sure its not a faulty bulb. I had a radium go bad after about a month or so it would flicker and go out and stay out.
