Does anyone know what another cause to micro bubbles could be? I already turned off my skimmer for an hour and still had micro bubbles. I have a skimmer, canister filter, and a wave maker

how old is the skimmer on your tank and the canister, is it a Fluval? as they dont get along well with skimmers.....

Could the canister filter be sucking in air?
Is the power head to close to the surface and causing air to be sucked in?
I’m not sure if this is what you meant but this is close, I don’t know how to get it lower

Fluval 107...so a small tank.....
put the input of the canister as far away as you can from the output of skimmer...
also check for airleaks on that Fluval tubing at the connections

yea it didn’t seem to change anything, just a couple days the tank was crystal clear, and before it was crystal clear i had this problem too. I do have the return pump aiming at my wave maker, it’s a good 6 inches apart but maybe that could be a cause? Or maybe it’s little tiny pieces of dirt? I cleaned my filter like a week ago though
