Micro Lords and stings

Hi all,

I have a torch that is relatively close to a micro lord. They've both gotten bigger over time and I've recently discovered that the torch sometimes touches/stings the micro lord. The lord is on a small piece of rock so I moved it. However, 1/5 of it's rim has been stung and that part of the flesh is white. Will that part recover, or will that part die off and the lord will be permanently disfigured?

Given good conditions, it should bounce back just fine.
